The Nene Valley Mines Study Group was founded by Chris Cowdery and Tom Ferry. Their aim was to create a focus for activities connected with the extensive industrial history of the Northamptonshire Ironstone Industry.
The group hopes to collect information about the mines, for example, plans, stories, photographs, magazine articles etc. and make it available on this website.
